A plug for Salvador

Friend, alumni of my school, and co-worker Salvador has embarked upon his epic journey. He outlines his plan and his expectations on his page which includes a prospectus, blog, and some pictures. He's passionate about health care in South America, and he's taking a one year motorcycle journey to the places between the-here-and-there to try and figure it all out. This falls squarely into the category of things I'd love to try, but I'm certain that I never would. Here's a map of his proposed journey. It seems to be pretty high on the danger factor, and going alone makes it even more so. He'll be in Cuba next month, and given the state of a certain 80 year old dictator's health, it might prove to be quite an historical moment to be there. Stay tuned in at Salvador's page, I think you'll learn something.
