I have no idea why it has taken me so long to adopt a good RSS reader. Let me save you some trouble here... if you use the Mac OS (10.4 or later), download NewsFire for free. Pop in RSS feeds of all your favorite sites, and you're on your way to saving a lot of time. Heck, you can even get updates for this site via the RSS reader, and never have to navigate to this page. I'm sure there's something out there for windows users as well, though I haven't looked at any of them specifically.
