Wine house

Last night, someone gave me a pretty serious wine homebrew kit, and today I'm going to start an Italian Pino Grigio batch that should be ready in early May.

I'll let you know how everything goes. Right now, I'm scrambling around to verify that I have everything, and I hope to start the primary fermentation in just a few hours.

UPDATE:

All signs are pointing to "it went well" but we'll have to wait about a week before we know if/how things were contaminated. I'll likely post some specific gravity readings in the future.
