I just saw some footage of what has happened in New Orleans. Lots of people out here are saying that Californians better help out because when the big quake hits here, we'll want a return favor.
Would now be a good time to start investing in New Orleans real estate? It seems like it.

So you've got the getty and good weather. So what? You know, I would bet money that the Tucson venues are much cooler. And also, when someone invites you somewhere, it's rude to say your place is much cooler and that that someone should come there. Hello? I thought you were from the south.
